Hi! My name is Tami Braman. Students call me Miss Tami or Miss Braman as I respond to both. I just recently moved to Medicine Hat all the way from Alaska where I had been working on a Masters of Science in Outdoor and Environmental Education. I grew up in Northern British Columbia and my experiences there, growing up in the country, have taught me a love for nature and the outdoors. I taught upper elementary in British Columbia for 7 years before moving to Alaska and have enjoyed my time in multi-grade classrooms the most. My favourite past times are reading, singing, playing musical instruments, hiking with my very large dog, and discovering new and interesting areas to explore. It is my desire to build in my students a love for God, for creativity and learning, and for nature, God’s second book.
